G.V. ANTHONY CO., INC. offers FREE LOADING DOCK DELIVERY on selected items where noted on our website for the MAINLAND USA. Most items are shipped by UPS or Equivalent and larger items are shipped by LTL or Common Carrier at our discretion. All FREE DELIVERY IS ONLY FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS WITH A TRUCK LOADING DOCK. You will be responsible for carrying and/or moving the product from the back of the truck into you building or wherever it is going. It is not the responsibility of the truck driver to unload and carry furniture into your place of business or residence unless previously arranged as an optional service (see optional delivery services listed below).

LIFTGATE TRUCK DELIVERY (for large items being delivered on a common carrier truck and the customer does not have a loading dock), INSIDE DELIVERY, RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY, UNPACKING & ASSEMBLY SERVICES are available in most areas at an additional charge. Contact G.V.ANTHONY CO., INC. for additional information and pricing. If you require a phone call prior to delivery, please advise us when you place your order – A “call in advance” charge may apply.

ITEMS THAT ARE ABLE TO SHIP UPS OR EQUIVALENT – You may upgrade to faster shipping (i.e. 2nd day or overnight UPS) at an additional charge. Please contact G.V.ANTHONY CO., INC. for the additional charge for this service.

DAMAGE IN DELIVERY – If there is any noticeable damage to your order when it arrives, you must make a notation of the damage on any and all paperwork before accepting your delivery and request a copy for your records or you may refuse to accept your delivery. Failure to note damage on shipping paperwork may result in a loss of claim.

NOTICE – Any freight damage must be handled directly by the purchaser and the freight company. Damaged product is not the liability of the seller.
